Financial Policy/Insurance

For the convenience and benefit of our patients, we accept most insurance plans and will fill out and submit claims for our patients. We are preferred providers for many major dental insurance plans but not all. These plans can change as employer’s change benefits, deductibles, and co-pay’s multiple times throughout the year. We aim to give you the most accurate information on insurance coverage we have available. Please keep us informed of changes in your employment and insurance coverage so we can best estimate your coverage.

Dental insurance was never meant to be a guideline for recommended treatment or quality of care. Your treatment should be determined by your general health and dental needs and not by your dental insurance.

Payment is accepted in the following forms

• Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
